MISSION

The Chauncey Davis Early Bird Foundation mission is to serve as a vehicle for information and resources on general health and wellness with a focus on diabetes prevention and detection among youth and young adults.

ABOUT THE CHAUNCEY DAVIS FOUNDATION

Atlanta Falcons Defensive End Chauncey Davis founded the Chauncey Davis Foundation in 2007 to increase awareness and educated youth about health and wellness, specifically diabetes. As the son of a diabetic, Chauncey has witnessed firsthand the affects of diabetes personally. His personal experience and passion to make a difference in the lives of young people, fueled the idea behind the Chauncey Davis Foundation.

A tax exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, The Chauncey Davis Foundation seeks to make a positive impact in the lives of youth through annual grassroots community health/wellness educational campaigns and various outreach initiatives.
